Who we are

Happy 2 Read is a service of Happy 2 Assist BV, Eindestraat 81, 3650 Dilsen-Stokkem, Belgium. Company and VAT number: BE 1029.354.496.

Scope

These terms apply to all use of Happy 2 Read, every purchase and every subscription.

Account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account. One account gives access to Happy 2 Write and Happy 2 Read.

Purchases

You buy an e-book for personal or internal business use and may not redistribute it. The right of withdrawal ends once digital content is delivered, with your explicit consent at purchase.

Authors

Authors receive 70 percent of the net sale price, the platform keeps 30 percent. Payouts are made monthly.

Liability

We do our best to keep the service available and correct but are not liable for indirect damage. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last twelve months.

Governing law

Belgian law applies. Disputes fall under the courts of the judicial district of Limburg.
